How much does a company or organisation website cost?

A practical decision guide: what a company website really needs, and what each level costs.

Short answer

A company website costs between SAR 1,999 and SAR 5,999 with us, depending on pages and languages. Most small companies are well served by 3 pages (SAR 1,999); companies with several services need up to 7 pages (SAR 3,999); multi-branch companies, those needing English, or those publishing regularly need up to 12 pages (SAR 5,999).

What a company website actually needs

  • A home page that answers in seconds: who you are, what you do, for whom.
  • Service pages with real detail, not generic headings.
  • An about page that builds trust: years active, how you work, the team.
  • Work samples or clients, where they exist.
  • A clear contact page with phone, WhatsApp, email and branch location.

When 3 pages are enough

When the company offers one or two closely related services from a single branch to an Arabic-speaking audience. Here the site's job is to appear in searches for the company and its core service and turn the visitor into a call or a message. Extra pages add cost without return.

When 7 pages are justified

When each service has its own search audience. One page carrying five services ranks well for none of them; five dedicated pages give each service its own title, content and intent. An English version belongs here too if part of your clients or partners don't read Arabic.

When you need 12 pages

Multiple branches (each with its own address, map and hours), a regularly updated news or blog section, or deep sub-services that need standalone explanation. This level suits businesses treating the website as an ongoing marketing channel, not a business card.

Ongoing cost after launch

A website isn't a one-off expense. Domain and hosting are included for the first year on standard domains and then renew annually in your name, and content changes over time: prices, a new service, updated branch details. You can manage that yourself or subscribe: SAR 299/month for basic management, SAR 499/month for ongoing management.

Domain and hosting policy

Domain and hosting are registered in your business's name and remain fully yours. Ask any provider directly: who owns the account? If the domain sits under the provider's name, you are tied to them even when you want to move.

Frequently asked questions
Does a company website need monthly updates?
Not necessarily. Brochure sites need updates when services, prices or branch details change. A subscription helps if you update often or would rather not manage it.
Do I pay more if my content isn't ready?
The package price is fixed, but missing content extends the timeline. We help structure content; extended copywriting outside scope is quoted separately first.
Will the site appear on Google immediately?
The site ships technically ready for indexing: unique titles and descriptions, clean link structure, a sitemap and good speed. Visibility takes time and content, and no provider can guarantee a specific ranking.
