The ten criteria
1. Quality of previous work
Ask for live links, not design mockups. Open them on your phone and browse as a normal visitor. Our work page lists delivered projects you can actually visit.
2. Scope clarity before starting
Page count, languages and revision rounds must appear in the proposal. Vague scope is the number one source of disputes.
3. Mobile experience
Most local business traffic is mobile. Test their sites on a small screen: are buttons tappable, is Arabic text well set, is navigation obvious?
4. Speed
Open one of their sites on mobile data, not Wi-Fi. Noticeable slowness means losing visitors before they read a line.
5. Indexing readiness
Does each page have its own title and description? Is there a sitemap? Are services on separate pages? These are technical basics, not an add-on service.
6. Ownership and control
Ask outright: whose name is the domain in? Who owns the hosting account? Do I get my content if I move? The right answer: everything under your business's name.
7. Post-launch support
What happens after handover? Is there a follow-up period? Are updates by subscription or on request? Know this before signing.
8. Price transparency
'Starting from' is not a price. Ask for a final number tied to a defined scope. Our prices are public: SAR 1,999, 3,999 and 5,999 by scope.
9. Understanding your business
A provider who asks about your customers, services and lead sources will build something that sells. One who only asks about colours will build decoration.
10. Revision process
How many rounds are included, at which stage, and how are extra rounds priced? Defining this upfront protects both sides.
How we handle these criteria
- Published prices and a written scope fixed in a proposal before work begins.
- Domain and hosting always in your business's name.
- Mobile-first build with direct attention to Arabic content and typography.
- Indexing readiness as part of delivery, not an extra service.
- Clear stages from planning to launch with defined review points.
We don't claim to be the right fit for everyone. If your business needs an online store or a custom system, we'll say so directly.
